How is Just1Atheist? Well, I'm married to a beautiful woman, I have 4 great kids, I play bass in a (what I feel) kick ass band here in Houston TX, I'm a paramedic/ Industrial safety superintendent at refinery in the Houston area. To get this out of the way. I'm an Atheist (non-theist). Now this is where people need to pay attention. I have come up with a classification for Atheist. There are 2 maybe 3 types of Atheist. . 1) Is the non-theist. These Atheists don't believe in a god about do care if people do. They can talk about religion, faith, or gods without having to try to dismiss someone's religion. A non-theist can live in harmony with every religion without trying to prove or disprove anything. With the mentality of "you believe in god? Good for you" Examples Just1Athesit (me), apatheticbuddha, and Metabob.. 2) Is the anti-theist. The name alone tells you what they believe. They feel the need to "educate" theist that their beliefs are wrong and they need to wake these people up from their dream. Most feel religion as a type of sickness of the mind. With the mentality of "God doesn't exist and you need to open your eyes" . Examples The Amazing Atheist, Fake Sagon, and CaptionOAwesome 3) Is the pro-theist. Ok I'm trying to understand if a person can be pro-religion and still be Atheist. I will update this on my findings. The only example I could find was Napoleon Bonaparte.. I hope I can learn something from people and people can learn from me. . DON"T TRY AND CONVERT ME! I WILL NOT TRY TO CONVERT YOU! RESPECT MY BELIEFS AND I WILL RESPECT YOURS.
