Who were the 'troops' at the Coeur d Alene, ID Ironman event (1:55, and 2:02)? These people were seen literally yelling at women and children to "get out of the street!" while trying to congratulate friends and relatives crossing the finish line. Better question: were they contracted in direct violation of the Idaho constitution; Article XIV, Section 6? ARTICLE XIV SECTION 6. IMPORTATION OF ARMED FORCES PROHIBITED.
