If you have a flying type or something with levitate, the only thing you're going to be hurt by by her opener quagsire is sandstorm (unless you're a ground/steel/rock flyer) so its very easy to set up on it if you wanted to. Bertha figures pretty well on physical defense with one of the best physical walls in the game (Hippowdon) and other physical tanks like Golem. Ideally, you want her Hippowdon to come out last or near last so her other pokes (particularly sudowoodo) don't get the S.Def boost from sandstorm. Whiscash likes to abuse fissure so a flyer/levitater is always handy there.

Oct 2, 2008 - Actually grass knot is quite a common move on Infernape in competitive battling, allowing Infernape a way to deal with problematic water/ground type threats. Especially useful for Swampert which otherwise walls Infernape. I suggest you check out the Infernape sets at this smogon address: smogoncom/dp/pokemon/infernape add . between smogon and com or simply google smogon and see how grass knot is very much a well used move on infernape.
