Jul 3, 2008 - I had to make the same sort of decision between the dennon and the pioneer I went with the pioneer (800) mainly because I wanted to play bars and clubs and the pioneer is standard in a lot of places. I am a vinyl junkie but have now found that I am looking for a second cdj and converting my vinyl to cd. I will never get rid of my 1210's or vinyl but I am very impressed with the Pioneer cdj's. Not sure if that helps but thought I'd respond any way. Brett

Jul 3, 2008 - Yer kinda, I considered the 800's till I saw a side by side comparasin by J on the 400 & 800. If I has sure cd was something i really wanted Id get the DNS5500. Will prolly go the 400 due to size and features even if the 800 is the same general layout as the 1000's. However the 3500's still stick out in my mind. Will have to go in store and muck about with em.

I tried to contact stile flip asking if I could possibly get the edges too but they didn't replied :( does anyone have informations about that?
