Jul 20, 2008 - Hey Karla!...they are soooooo good! and you can probably change the parsley for other herbs like, coriander or basil. The dressing stuff is just a yoghurt and cucumber dip, I found one that was 98% fat free, I'm sure you can make yourself with low fat yoghurt, mint, finely chopped cucumber and a little salt and pepper, that way you can easily track the calories. :)
