Recap: Jason-(leans in to kiss her; kisses her but Alex moves her head so he gets her cheek) Alex-I didn't say on the lips. (laughs) Jason-(crosses arms) Tricky I see. Alex-Yep. (smirks) ---------------------------------------- Alex-Yep. (smirks) Nick-(watching from the corner) [It's Saturday and Alex is at the kitchen waiting for Nick] Alex-(sitting on the counter; thinking) Nick-(comes in) Sorry— Alex-It's fine. Nick-Ok, so um let's get started. [They cook for 2 hours and then they clean up] Alex-Nick, are you ok? Nick-Yeah, never better. Alex-You sure? Cause you're really quiet today. Nick-Aren't I usually quiet? Alex-No. Nick-(stays quiet) Alex-Come on. (holds his hand) Nick-Where are we going? Alex-Do get a snack. Nick-Um, ok. [They go to Baskin Robins helping Alex's mom] Alex-So, are you cheered up now? Nick-(has ice cream all over his face) Yeah. Alex-(laughs) Nick you have ice cream right there. (points to his mouth) Nick-Oh, sorry. Alex-Here. (gets a wet towel and starts to wipe his mouth) Nick-What are you doing? Alex-Getting the ice cream off. Now stop talking it's hard to wipe it off when you're talking. Nick-Sorry. Alex-(puts his hand over his mouth and gets right in front of his face) Stop. Jason-(comes in) Hey Al—what are you doing? Alex-(takes her hand off Nick's mouth and backs away from him) Um, hey Jason. Jason-Hey...what are you doing? Alex-I was just wiping ice cream off of Nick's mouth. Jason-Uh, huh. Nick-(looks at Jason) Hi. (blushes) Jason-(goes behind Alex and wraps his arms around her stomach and lays his head on her shoulder; whispers in her ear) Want to go hang out? Alex-Um...well what about Nick? I don't want to just leave like all of a sudden. Jason-(gives Alex a look) Alex-Jason. (gives him a look) Nick-(standing there clueless) Jason-Hey, Nick um...you wouldn't mind if you...left. Alex-(glares at Jason giving him a 'what are you doing?!?' look) He didn't mean it that way. Nick-(a little offended cause he was having fun with Alex) Um, yeah...(smiles but it quickly disappears) I'll...I'll go. Bye Alex. (leaves) Alex-That was mean. Jason-(shrugs) Alex-Next time...just...be...ugh. [Sunday at the school kitchen] Alex-So this is the last day of cooking. Nick-(smiles but then looks down) Yeah. Alex-Nick, what's wrong? Nick-Nothing. Alex-Then why are you so down? Nick-(shrugs) Alex-Oh, Nick I'm really sorry about Jason, yesterday...I gues--- Nick-It's fine. I think I deserved it. [Monday; it was the last day of school and it just ended] Alex-(goes up to Nick) So do have an idea for the summer paper? Nick-Nope...do you? Alex-Maybe we could write about...I don't know but we REALLY need to find out, soon. Nick-Yep. Alex-So, do you want to do something? Nick-Sure. Alex-Ok, what do you want to do? Nick-Well we could go over to my house and find something to do. Alex-Mkay, let's go. Nick-Ok. Sorry if this episode was boring but you'll see it'll get WAY BETTER!
