You must reflect what "innocent" means: Only the Bible commands outright to kill nonbelievers. In Islam, the "innocence" you are asking about, is INNOCENT FROM FIGHTING MUSLIMS! Numerous Aayahs specify that once people stop fighting, stop opression, or "RECLINE TOWARD PEACE" (b4 they lose the war of course) then "YOU MUST RECLINE FOR IT TOO".

The closest Aayah is to FIGHT (not to kill), and this was against opressors. Your claim is 1 billion percent disproved by history and reality: Muslims PRESERVED the safety of Jews and Christians living among them (unlike Christians who slaughtered ALL MUSLIMS in Spain). If the command was to KILL non-believers, NOT ONE WOULD HAVE REMAINED. NOT ONE.
