Jul 4, 2008 - This is really good. But it is too short. I want to see th rest of it. I just heard about a woman who was sexually abused by mother's girl friend. She and her brother were molested right in their mother's home. She scared to tell her mother. But then she was raped by her uncle later on. She is clearly disturbed. She is violent and needs counseling. I feel like this film could help her know that she's not by herself. Does Dr. Jamal offer counseling? Where is she located?
WhenGirlsDontTell Says:
Jul 4, 2008 - Rev. Dr. Jamal has her doctorate in Christian Counseling and Human Services and provides psychiatric counseling to mental health professionals. You can see a list of references in her book. Dr. Jamal is located in Illinois but has affiliations in Florida, Louisiana, Indiana and Wisconsin. She is actively working to empower churches and community organizations to set up Peer support group sessions for those who are at risk for (or have experienced) sexual revictimization.

Jul 4, 2008 - I hope this turns into a series. Great quality and I know it is really time to be talking about this subject. I pray for our children every day!
