Restauranteurs and shop keepers in Athens most picturesque district have accused conservationists of trying to turn it into a millionaires ghetto. Enterpreneurs in Plaka want the Greek government to change zoning rules to allow businesses to expand, but the districts residents say this will ruin the areas unique atmosphere.
