PLEASE KEEP READING!!!!:) I took a quick look in the mirror at my reflection. My dark hair was put into two braids with the occasional wisps sticking out. I was wearing a black leather jacket, a long t-shirt, and beige cargo pants. Perfect skater chick attire. I checked my watch (8:30), grabbed my skateboard, and backpack and then put on my skate shoes. "Bye mom!" I yelled, and dashed out the front door. School started in about 10 minutes, and I couldn't wait! Today was a new month-which meant a new sport for our gym unit! Coach told us it would be skateboarding, and skateboarding was my kind of thing. "Selena!" I yelled. I promised to walk with her to school. The door opened and Selena walked out. "Hey Demi!" I grinned at my best friend. "Hey Lena! Come on, we'll be late if we keep stalling! It's already 10: 30!" "Boy, someone is excited about the new unit at gym!" Selena said. Selena is my absolute best friend. She knows me back to front. Wait. Now that sounds like I'm a book. "Well duh I am! I can't wait to show some tricks and stuff, you know. It's like, my calling." Selena laughed. I started skating and talking to Lena. "Demi, watch out!" She suddenly screamed. BAM! I had crashed into a tree and fell down. A whole bunch of leaves had fallen on my shoulders. "OMG are you okay? You don't even look a little fazed!" I shook myself and got up. "Is that one of your little tricks?" Selena teased. I frowned at her. "What?!?" Selena exclaimed, laughing. "Oh, come on." I said in an annoyed tone. We got to gym a little bit late, but everyone was still talking and waiting for Coach Rob (A/N LOL!!!) to come in. I sat down beside my other best friend, Cody Linley. I'm in his skateboarding group, Code Linley, which I am so psyched to be in, because it's the most popular sk8ter group in Fadden Hills High. (A/N I made that up) As I sat, people looked at my skateboard funny. Cody saw. "It's probably because they don't own a skateboard" He said, pointing to his own green one. I nodded and put my black and red one (A/N Demi's favourite colours are black and red) on my lap. "Okay class" Coach Rob started, "Today we're starting a new unit, skateboarding. As you know, we have a school skateboarding group called Code Linley. In this class, we have 2 members, Cody Linley himself, and Demi Lovato. If any of you are having trouble, please ask them." Please! That is so, um old school! If any of you are having trouble? I bet no one would ask for help even if they were in trouble because it's embarrassing? I don't know, but I wouldn't ask anyone to help me unless they were my best friends. "So, to start, why don't we all grab a board from that bin there and skate around the room?" Cody and I just hit it off, and it was kind of boring, just doing loopy things around the gym, so we tried out some ramps. "Cody and Demi, stop using the ramps!" Coach Rob yelled as he helped a guy up. We did, and soon she started talking to that guy. Well, this is the first eppy of Sk8ter Girl...Hope you guys like!
