Oct 28, 2008 - Of course not, that wasnt my point. The fact is, they were both listed as stock times. Only one of the cars was actually stock, the other was upgraded. Wasnt an even comparison. Either list the time as upgraded or dont compare it to a stock zr1.

Oct 29, 2008 - ok. if we go back to when the Z06 came out it came stock with a 7.0 L V8 with 505 bhp, the viper that came out the same year had a 10 cylinder engine in it, yet the corvette still wooped that ass. So, i doubt putting a supercharger on it would help.

The class includes ferrari aston martin panoz porsche, in the past chrysler bmw cadilac and yes, dodge. Corvette won no matter the competition. Last yr chevy won eight out of 11 races.

Nov 4, 2008 - Hmmm...tough call. Really depends what you want the cars for. If you're more into cruising and not driving like a maniac, the Z06 is hands down better than the SRT10. Same story with the ZR1 and ACR. I'd have to go with the ZR1 over the SRT10 and ACR. Its 90% as good as the ACR on the track but 200% better on the road. You'd have to be pretty insane to live with an SRT10 on the road to begin with, but to cruise in an ACR is beyond reasonable or even bearable.

The ACR package engine is exactly as the same as the one found in the current SRT10. The ACR just handles better, has more downforce, and weighs less. As for the ACR vs ZR1 debate... ACR all the way.
