1st Division, 2nd Leg of the Erwin Andrew Memorial Series at Truro Raceway on Sunday afternoon, July 6th, 2008. My Fine Lady was a repeat winner in the series thanks to her 1:57.2 score in this afternoon's assignment for trainer Dr. Trevin Shive and driver Todd Trites. Trites had the six-year-old daughter of Dream Away carve out panels of :28, :57.2 and 1:27.1 before stepping home in :30.1 to seal the deal by more than four lengths. Woodmere Rockette (Gilles Barrieau) was second to the 1-5 favourite and Northie T (Ernie Laffin) finished third. Dr. James Shive holds the papers on the mare, who now owns 23 lifetime wins and earnings in excess of $290,000. (c)2008 StandardbredCanada
