This is the No Peace for the War Makers march on September 4, 2008 in St. Paul, MN. They are rallying on the Capitol lawn, and then they plan to march to the Excel Energy Center. They do not have a permit to march in the streets. Here they are at an impasse on the John Ireland bridge. This video footage is of some of the police presence.
