Oct 11, 2008 - Eating healthy is only part of what you need to do. IF you don't workout, it will take forever and the weight loss will not be noticeable. Your stomach though doesn't look at wide in this video. Good luck

Oct 17, 2008 - I don't agree with you, MuffiTopChick, there is a big difference between this video and the last you have post ! We can see easy you're thinner and much more beautiful now ! But I think your problem is not your thighs but your stomach... To lose fat on the belly, only one solution : reduce what you eat (at the dinner especially) and make exercices to make it flat.
