Sep 10, 2008 - He's never gotten the credit that he deserves for being one of the guys who helped usher in the new era of MMA, which gave rise to it's modern day popularity. In that regard, he's right up there with guys like Tito, Chuck and Matt Hughes. He never quite got the nice title run or the large fan base, but he did give us amazing fights that continually made the ppv's worth buying.
