This is the Grand Theft Auto IV (4) game that I am playing. The bike was upside down and I was stuck in the ground and the bike tires was speeding up when I press the X button the one that make you speed up in the vehicle. I was driving the bike upside down while I was stuck in the ground on the street on one place. Then I got out of the bike and the bike flip the right way and I got on the bike and ride it and then I stoled a car and race it around and I then banged into the police (cops) which are called the LCPD the (LIBERTY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT) that what I thought LCPD stands for. The police chase me to arrest me but I out run them and they give up that why you see the flashing red and blue half circle on the rader map. Then the wanted star dissapeared on the screen and then I said "I out ran the cops now I don't have to worry about being arrest from the cops and then I press pause and showed the map and different parts on the map. You might think that I used some cheats. There was truly no cheats on this video.
